Peek recommended a strategic approach to grow revenue to fund future improvements rather than spending for its own sake.
Mayor thanked Peek for her remarks and noted the council would consider public comments; no formal action was taken at the meeting. Council members later discussed tourism and Main Street marketing in departmental reports.
