Town staff said the truck is available and would require minor modifications before placement into service. Councilmember Evan (finance representative) asked whether the bid comparisons were “apples to apples”; staff confirmed they’d shared a spec sheet with bidders. After the exchange, the council voted to authorize the administrator to complete the purchase.
