Students, teachers praise new interactive panels in K–3 classrooms

Teachers described using the boards for math instruction, shared writing and student-led work. Rocky Branch Elementary principal Sarah Johnson introduced third-graders Anna Ebert and Olivia Fleming to discuss classroom use. Olivia Fleming said, "I use the interactive board to show videos, play learning games, practice math and reading skills, and complete activities with my class." Board members responded positively to the classroom demonstrations and the district said the boards are intended to increase student engagement and allow teachers greater mobility during instruction.
