Brian Skidmore of Barton & Loguidice presented the drinking water infrastructure update and told trustees the engineering team is compiling more documentation for Fiscal Advisors ahead of bond issuance. "There is significantly more documentation required this time around," Skidmore said, and he pointed trustees to the detailed materials accompanying the agenda. The board also discussed project staffing; Mayor Peter Lennon noted a potential resident project representative in attendance and asked whether the role could be split between contracts. Skidmore replied that it could.
