Town board approves two‑year bus garage lease with Lake Pleasant Central School at $14,000 per year

The Lake Pleasant Town Board approved a lease agreement with Lake Pleasant Central School to change the bus garage lease term from five years to two years effective July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028, at a rate of $14,000 per year payable monthly. The motion (Resolution #143) was offered by Councilperson Neil McGovern and seconded by Councilperson Meg Parascandola and was adopted unanimously.
The board directed that the signed contract be forwarded to the school board for review by its budget committee as part of the school’s internal process.
