Town board favors concession option for D.R.A.G. property after AOT and Comptroller guidance

After discussion, Councilmembers McGovern and Braunius indicated support for pursuing a concession rather than a standard lease because it preserves access and avoids grant conflicts. Bain recommended a meeting with D.R.A.G. representatives to outline what a concession would involve before finalizing terms. The board passed Resolution #118 (to discuss sale, lease or concession of land to D.R.A.G.) by unanimous vote.
