The Lake Pleasant Town Board approved the minutes of its Aug. 4 meeting and voted to pay bills totaling $16,475.60.
A motion to approve the minutes (Resolution #114) was offered by Councilman Neil McGovern and seconded by Don Braunius; the board adopted the minutes unanimously. Later in the meeting the board considered Resolution #115, "Motion to pay Bills: Abstract #27 dated 08/13/2025, 4171-4191 in the Amount of $16,475.60," which Braunius offered and Parascandola seconded. The motion passed with all members voting Aye (Supervisor Betsy Bain; Councilpersons Neil McGovern, Don Braunius, Kathy O’Connell and Meg Parascandola).
The board also approved a motion to move into executive session at 7:37 P.M. "to Discuss Matters Under #6, #7, and #8 of Public Officers Law 105" (Resolution #116), a motion offered by McGovern and seconded by O’Connell; the board returned to public session at 8:42 P.M. with no action taken.
The clerk recorded the adjournment at 8:43 P.M.
