Councilmember Kathy O’Connell shared the Lake Pleasant Shore Association (LPSA) management plan and suggested a clearer layout for public readers. The plan outlines erosion control, weed management, and invasive-species concerns. O’Connell said Soil & Water has a copy and recommended that experts such as Soil & Water and AWI review the draft before board action.
The board adopted Resolution #103 to table the LPSA plan for further review and comment, allowing staff to solicit technical feedback. Resolution #103 was offered by Neil McGovern, seconded by Meg Parascandola, and recorded as adopted unanimously. The board asked staff to return with recommended revisions based on expert input.
