Several items on the list also included prior approval dates noted in the packet (for example, Routine SES Permit Application approved 8.1.24; Agricultural Exemption Form approved 3.6.25).
The commission determined that administrative form redesigns would not require formal approval, allowing staff to proceed with updates intended to improve consistency and efficiency. No formal motions or votes were recorded on individual form changes at the meeting.
