Council approves technical vacation for drainage easement in Eagle Hills West

At the July 14 meeting the council voted to approve a technical vacation (VAC2026‑04) to move a drainage easement in conjunction with a record‑of‑survey lot‑line adjustment between Lot 20 and Lot 21, Block 1 of Eagle Hills West Subdivision. Tamara Thompson of The Land Group explained the easement will be re‑recorded to follow the relocated lot line and that the application was recommended for approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission with a site‑specific condition requiring recordation of the relocated drainage easement.
There were no members of the public who signed up to testify on this item; the applicant stood for council questions and the council approved the vacation by motion and roll call.
