Design review board approves consent agenda; schedules follow-up review

At the start of the June 25 meeting the design review board approved the consent agenda by motion and voice vote.
A board member (S2) moved to approve the consent agenda and the chair noted a second. Board members on the record said "aye" and the chair declared the motion carried. The meeting then proceeded to the staff presentation on the proposed design-book revisions.
Later in the meeting staff and the board agreed to continue work on the revised guidance and tentatively scheduled another review for July 23, 2026 so staff can return with refined visuals and a proposed matrix tying styles to context.
