Motions approved included adoption of the meeting agenda; approval of the July 21 minutes; acceptance of recently processed claims; approval of a ROW permit for Nishnabotna Valley REC at 1500th and M47; approval of an Iowa DOT Federal Aid Agreement for Competitive Highway Bridge Project BRS-CHBP-CO83(91)--GB-83 (DOT Agreement No. 4-26-CHBP-015); adoption of a Private Water Well Permitting Policy and Procedures document; and approval of the Treasurer’s Office semi-annual report.
