Board approves paying-agent resolution, tax-exemption and continuing-disclosure certificates

Separately, Board Member Lisa Traub moved that the form of the Tax Exemption Certificate be placed on file and approved; Dave Bruellman seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. Later, Chris Montag moved that the form of the Continuing Disclosure Certificate be placed on file and approved, with Lisa Traub seconding; that motion also passed on a 4-0 roll call. The transcript records no discussion or amendments to these items; each was approved by recorded vote.
