At the June 9 meeting the Hillsdale Planning Board reviewed a minor subdivision application from Dominique Michele Strandquest for property at 62 Sekonk Road (Tax Map ID 117.-2-43.21). Strandquest said she plans to subdivide a 3–5 acre site containing the house she currently lives in, sell that house lot, and continue to live in an existing cabin on the remaining 30-plus-acre parcel.
Board members asked the applicant to provide a survey map that addresses the cabin’s electricity, well and septic systems, and to show that the cabin has a certificate of occupancy. Because the cabin and house share a driveway, the board also requested either a shared-driveway agreement or documentation showing construction of a separate driveway. These items were listed as required follow-up before the board could advance the subdivision application.
No vote was recorded on the subdivision at the meeting; the applicant must supply the requested documentation for further review.
