The audit is scheduled for Aug. 6; staff said the audit route has been selected and will include seven field stops. The schedule calls for a short time in the office followed by field visits, and staff noted a pre-audit meeting will be held the week before in the boardroom. Staff thanked the team for preparation work to support the audit.
Staff also provided a brief Wisconsin County Forestry Association (WCFA) update — noting strategic planning and fall elections — and reported that average yurt occupancy is slightly lower in July than in June. Committee members received the reports as presented and placed them on file.
