The Forestry & Parks Committee received a presentation on an internal wage analysis and recommendations. After discussion, the committee recommended advancing the item as an action item at next month’s meeting and said the analysis should be presented to the personnel committee and subsequently to the executive committee.
The minutes do not record a formal vote on the analysis at the July 13 meeting; instead, committee members agreed to have the item placed on next month’s agenda so that personnel and executive review can occur. No salary figures or policy changes were adopted at the July meeting; committee members asked staff to prepare the recommended materials for intercommittee review.
