MSOC flags possible production shortfalls at Heights and High School projects; Solect asked for comparison reports

Town Energy Manager Eden Floyd presented monthly production spreadsheets for the town’s operating solar projects and noted that 12 months of production data for the Heights Elementary and High School rooftop systems suggested there might be shortfalls against guaranteed production levels in the agreements, subject to final Contract Year end dates. Committee members asked Solect to prepare reports comparing actual and guaranteed production and to address compensation for any shortfalls; George Aronson said he would request those reports from Solect.

Floyd also described work with DPW (Liz Curley) analyzing allocation of net and on-bill metering credits and identifying needed credit reallocations, with potential Schedule Z changes.
