"This team is going to be this ICAC team is going to be highly productive and engaged," the chief said, and asked council to consider grants and phased approaches; council members asked the chief to produce a clear cost comparison of one vs two patrol additions, ICAC resourcing, and the implications for the sheriff's contract before the next meeting.
