Historic board approves minutes, schedules December meeting

The historic board approved the minutes of its Sept. 20 meeting at the start of the session. The chair called for approval of the minutes and a motion and a second were recorded before members present indicated their approval.
Later in the meeting the board consented to the planning commission serving as lead agency for the environmental review of 1019 Park Street; planning staff explained the planning commission had filed a notice of intent and that the board’s prior action on the item will be advisory while the planning commission completes its review. The chair then officially adjourned the meeting and confirmed the board will not meet in November; the next meeting is scheduled for December 4.
