Elections Administrator Terry Thompson had presented the canvass outline and the SB440 Primary Election Reconciliation Reports for the Board to verify poll-book and tally consistency. Commissioners asked questions during the presentation before moving to a formal vote to certify the results. The Board recessed briefly earlier in the meeting to address a discrepancy in the Abstract of Votes but reconvened and completed verification prior to the certification vote.
Chairman James Larson adjourned the canvass meeting at 12:39 p.m. after certification and a brief public comment period.
