DPS Director Matt Davis described the program's long‑term scope and answered council questions about project scheduling and restoration responsibilities. "To award the construction contract for the Lead Service Line Replacement Project to Bidigare Contractors, Inc. of Plymouth, Michigan, for a cost not to exceed $372,745.00," the council motion read and carried unanimously. Council subsequently approved contracting Hubbell, Roth & Clark for oversight.
