Antoinette Jensen, a candidate for El Talloah School District Area 5, told the county board that IPC (the item referenced repeatedly by public speakers) had been left off county agendas "since December despite repeated public requests" and demanded the board "Put IPC on the agenda" and "Explain who authorized the withdrawals." Jensen named two executive officers she said were associated with IPC and questioned whether the board's oversight had been performed.
Several public commenters followed, alleging Brown Act violations and criticizing the board for failing to address account withdrawals and contract disclosures. One commenter who identified herself as speaking for an Alta Loma school‑board supporter accused the board president of repeatedly removing items and of relying on the same law firm, AALRR, for defense in FPPC complaints. Board leadership did not commit to immediate action on IPC at the time of the meeting but acknowledged the comments and moved on to agenda business.
