Stockdale ISD board adopts multiple local policy updates

At its July 13, 2026 regular meeting, the Stockdale ISD Board of Trustees voted to adopt a set of local policy updates recommended by district staff.
Todd Deaver recommended the package, and the board approved changes covering district‑ and campus‑level planning and decision‑making, inventories and accounting, employee complaint and grievance procedures, library materials, and student and public complaint processes. The policies adopted were listed on the agenda as BQA(LOCAL), BQB(LOCAL), CFB(LOCAL), DGBA(LOCAL), EFB(LOCAL), FNG(LOCAL) and GF(LOCAL). The motion was made by Trustee Teri Dugi and seconded by Trustee Tanner Voelkel; the vote was recorded as Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Absent: 2.
Board members did not request additional study before the vote, and the policies were entered on the consent of the board for immediate adoption. Roxanne Moczygemba presented the updates to the board during the meeting.
