The commission adopted Plan Commission Resolution 26-11, a comprehensive plan amendment requested by Tony DeRosa on behalf of Fiduciary Real Estate Development Incorporated, to update land‑use designations for the parcels between 77th and 79th Streets west of 105th Avenue. Rob told the commission the amendment removes the urban reserve land use designation from Lots 1 and 2 and corrects field-verified wetland areas on the land-use plan map and associated appendix.
The resolution was moved, seconded and adopted by voice vote. Commissioners noted no changes to floodplain designations, and staff said updates to Appendix 10.3 and map 9.9 will be made to reflect the action.
