Staff said the proposed change rezones non-wetland areas of Out Lots 9 and 10 to PR-1 (planned unit development/neighborhood park and recreation) while retaining wetland-designated areas in C-1 and amending the land-use plan to move the non-wetland outlots into park, recreation and open-space designation.
The amendments include minor ordinance edits to legal descriptions, lot numbers in the PUD exhibit and phasing plan, and small setback changes for a monument sign display on site. The commission approved the changes with no public speakers addressing the item.
