Preston’s council approved the Final Plat for the Silver Sage Commercial Subdivision on Oct. 27, 2025, contingent on execution of the associated Development Agreement prior to signing and recording the final plat. Attorney Lyle Fuller noted the development agreement was still under review by Mr. Ralphs' attorney and therefore not yet executed.
The recorded vote showed Councilmember Todd Thomas and Councilmember Brent Dodge voting Aye and Councilmember Chris Larsen Aye; Councilmember Terry Larson was recorded as absent. The motion passed by majority vote and the plat approval was made conditional on completion of the outstanding agreement.
