Following the development agreement vote, the council approved the final plat for Saddle Crossing Phase IV contingent on execution of the agreement and recording of the one‑tenth acre open space deed. The approvals were moved and seconded by councilmembers in the record and recorded as unanimous among members present at the time of the votes.
