The Preston City Council unanimously approved its consent calendar on Oct. 27, 2025, voting to accept the minutes from Oct. 13, 2025, bills through Oct. 27, 2025, and to release a Letter of Credit for Fellows Lane Subdivision along 1400 West in the amount of $3,670.
Councilmember Chris Larsen moved to approve the consent calendar; Councilmember Todd Thomas seconded the motion. The council recorded the action as approved unanimously. Also recorded under consent was a business license approval for Lance Hemsley to operate Pop N Pin Lanes at 911 US-91 Highway.
