Clerk Donna Eveslage told the council she prepared Resolution 2026-12 to appoint election judges for the 2026 election year because one judge was unavailable. At the July 9 meeting, James Young moved to approve Resolution 2026-12 and Jon Trenne seconded; the motion carried on an all-ayes vote.
Eveslage also reported the city was awarded a $13,000 CEDA grant for project funds with planned implementation in October 2026. She noted utility billing activity (nine past-due accounts) and several routine procurement and maintenance items (printer purchase for $770, quarterly AC filter checks).
