The Town Board unanimously authorized the Town of Hopkinton Court to apply for a Justice Court Assistance Program (JCAP) grant in the 2025–26 cycle. Councilperson Debbie Rust moved to approve the resolution, seconded by Councilperson William Votra; the vote was recorded as all Ayes.
Supervisor Wood presented an appraisal for a 13.3‑acre parcel off Beebe Road appraised at $9,500.00 and reported that David Fullerton had expressed interest in purchasing the lot; the board tabled action on the purchase to gather more information. The board also noted County lien cancellations on properties in surrounding towns earlier in the meeting.
