Staff said the West Greenville Neighborhood Association reviewed the proposal in April with no negative feedback and recommended advancing the item to the 36‑month amendment package. Council did not take formal action in the meeting; staff will include the proposal in the Planning Commission packet for public hearing and further neighborhood input.
