Trustee James Bonacquisti moved and Trustee Raymond Yacuzzo seconded a motion establishing that Bob Johnson Chevrolet of 7000 West Main Road receive $1,000 of each $3,000 new sewer tap fee paid to the Village when a property owner taps into the sewer main between 151 West Main Street and Bob Johnson Chevrolet.
The motion passed with all recorded Aye votes. The minutes do not provide the contractual or legal basis for sharing tap-fee revenue or whether this arrangement is a one-time agreement or ongoing policy; the Board’s vote establishes the directive to allocate that portion of the fee to the named business for taps in the described area.
