Trustee Richard Tetrault moved to approve a Small Business Trick‑or‑Treat scheduled for Oct. 29 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. behind Tompkins Bank and a Halloween Parade on Oct. 31 at 5:30 p.m. routing from Bank Street to the Fire Department on Clay Street; Trustee James Bonacquisti seconded and the resolution passed unanimously.
The permit approval requires proper signatures; no special conditions, road closures beyond the parade routing, or insurance requirements were recorded in the meeting minutes. The board did not record any public objections to the events during the meeting.
