Presenter Scott Bolton told the board the trip will be two days and one night, will share a charter bus with Edmeston Central School, will include approximately 18–20 Laurens students with three chaperones, and will cost about $400 per student; the group has some fundraiser money and has requested donations from the community and staff.
The minutes note the board "has the right to rescind their decision at any time," and the trip was approved as part of new-business consent items. District staff will finalize chaperone assignments, transportation arrangements and any required permissions before departure.
