Board appoints noninstructional staff, athletic event workers and sets event pay rates
Summary

The Board of Education approved multiple noninstructional hires and named athletic-event personnel for the 2024–25 school year at the Aug. 26 meeting.
Motion by Jillian Manupella, seconded by Daniella Richards, appointed staff such as Bridgett Munhall (Noon Aide, RPES), Sophia McKee (Teacher Aide, TES), and Erin Goodale (School Nurse, RPES) with effective dates beginning Sept. 1, 2024. The motion carried unanimously. RESO #18-08/26/2024 records the appointments.
The Board also approved a roster of athletic event operations staff and established event pay rates: Chaperones—$65 (double header), $40 (single contest); Ticket Taker—$40; Time Keeper—$65/$40; Shot Clock—$65/$40; Announcer—$65/$40. The athletic appointments and rates were approved unanimously and are recorded under RESO #19-08/26/2024.
These actions set operational staffing and pay structures for school events and daily noninstructional operations in advance of the 2024–25 school year.
