District staff immediately notified affected families and sent an email to staff seeking possible internal coverage; no long‑term decision was recorded at the meeting.
The superintendent also reiterated the district’s approach to online threats (four reports since Friday) and confirmed coordination with the Troy Police Department. The ribbon cutting and architect RFP review are scheduled administrative items; the aftercare disruption is an operational issue the district said it is addressing directly with families and staff.
