County engineer reports dust control, gravel hauling schedule; Red Grade delayed by DEQ permit

Ken Muller, Sheridan County Engineer, told the Board that Road & Bridge crews are completing dust-control applications this week and plan to begin hauling gravel on county roads starting July 20. "Road & Bridge is finishing up dust control this week on county roads and plan to start hauling gravel on July 20th," Muller reported.
Muller also said the East Ridge Road realignment project begins this week. He added the Red Grade Road project has been delayed approximately one week after a delayed DEQ storm-water permit; the contractor now hopes to start July 13. These scheduling notes were presented as operational updates; no Board action was recorded at the staff meeting.
