Borough Planner Chris Dochney presented that board members received a hard copy of the draft and input had been incorporated into the document. Administrator Vernon Marino moved to memorialize PB-22-2025 and Jack Henderson seconded; the motion passed with ayes from Chairman Robert DeAngelo, Vernon Marino, Council President Tahje Thomas, Ben Mento, Erva Macauley, Jack Henderson, Phillip Neff and James Salvatore.
The memorialization formalizes the board's prior approval and records the conditional use and bulk variances granted to the developer. The board did not record additional conditions on the memorialization at the Dec. 2 meeting.
