Maguire asked about the antique building at the front of the property; Assistant Town Manager Jeff Morrissette said the plan is to retain residency and that MassDEP has approved the septic plans. The commissioners agreed to review the study and discuss it at their next meeting.
The board did not take a vote on the study at this meeting; staff will return with further analysis and options to resolve the hydraulic constraints.
