Le Roy board approves personnel moves and more than $2.1 million in warrants

The Le Roy Central School Board on Oct. 14 approved consent items that included warrants totaling $2,126, (General $861,839.46; Cafeteria $4,104.65; Federal $40,289.89; Capital $1,220,805.95) and recommendations from the Committee for Special Education. The consent package passed on a motion by Mrs. Denise Duthe, seconded by Mrs. Rachael Greene; voting was 7–0.
The board also accepted the resignation of Tabitha Gorton effective Oct. 17, 2025, and approved a slate of personnel actions: a four‑year probationary appointment for Abby Lambert as a teaching assistant (effective Oct. 15, 2025; tenure date Oct. 15, 2029), promotion of Patricia Rubino to regular food service helper at $17.29/hour, multiple substitute cleaner appointments at $16.00/hour pending fingerprint clearance, extracurricular appointments (including Amber Goedtel as Ninth Grade Advisor prorated from Oct. 15, 2025), and other personnel status changes.
