The Borough of Paulsboro Land Use Board convened Nov. 6, 2023, approved the Oct. 2 minutes and handled new and old business including two substantive approvals and correspondence. The board approved a Minor Site Plan and bulk variance for Norman Smith Enterprises at 624 West Broad Street and a bulk variance for 264 Thomson Avenue allowing a single-family dwelling; both approvals were conditioned on supplemental engineering or grading plans where professionals requested them.
Board Secretary Alice Williams read a letter into the record regarding a Flood Hazard DEP permit for railroad construction at 215 East Broad Street; the permit is available at the Borough Clerk's office during regular business hours. The meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. after a motion from Erva Macauley and a second from Kathy McCann.
