The Land Use Board addressed applications from ALE Investments, LLC concerning 1703 and 1707 Dayton Avenue (Block 121, Lots 26 and 7). Solicitor John Alice swore in owner Marco Girelli and his planner Bruce McKenna; Girelli stated he agreed to the board's request to consolidate the two lots and not separate them for construction of a single-family dwelling.
A member of the public asked whether sidewalks and curbing would be required; Chairman Robert DeAngelo confirmed that sidewalks and curbing will be required in front of the dwelling. After the owner confirmed acceptance of the consolidation, the board indicated no further action or vote was required on the two Dayton Avenue applications and the matter was dismissed for the time being.
