Chairman Alexandra Welsh called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m., led the flag salute and noted board members Alexandra Welsh, Deb Stuck, Rachael McGrath and Larry Lockwood were present. Clerk Diane Bean recorded that Roger Gallant and Kip DeLisio were also present. The meeting proceeded to new business, where members discussed a proposed waterfront park and reviewed Zoning Board minutes. The meeting adjourned at 7:32 p.m. after a motion by Alexandra Welsh, seconded by Deb Stuck.
