Application 1225-25A from 10266 Kansas LLC (Michael O’Toole) asked the board to allow subdivision of a parcel with two dwellings into two separate lots so the properties become conforming. The Board treated the request as a Type II SEQRA action, accepted Part II of the short EAF and approved the subdivision 5-0 after finding that both dwellings have functioning septic systems and noting the smaller cottage once served as a park office in the 1920s.
Chairman Bob Lannon asked whether the properties would remain family-owned and expressed a preference to keep them together but acknowledged the need to make the lots conforming for renovation. The board completed findings of fact and approved the application with Gordon Smith moving and Dalton Bean seconding; members present voted unanimously in favor.
