Highway Superintendent Kevin Denton told the board the two new pickups "are not here yet. They should be here next week." He also reported the highway department has an "abundance of rotten culverts" and asked whether the old culverts should be surplused. The board approved a motion authorizing Kevin to surplus the culverts (motion by Lanita Canavan, seconded by John Blades; recorded as 0 opposed).
The board also accepted the Water Rent Collection Report during the DPW/Water report. The minutes note invoices for the new pickups were included in the meeting packet; no further purchases or costs were approved at the meeting.
