• Lahaina Homecoming vendor sales (B.1) — Motion to approve the applicant’s request to allow selling in public spaces within County Historic Districts 1 & 2 for the Lahaina Homecoming event; moved by Laʻakea Poepoe, seconded by Keʻeaumoku Kapu; recorded unanimous approval.
