The Le Roy Central School District Board of Education convened a special meeting on Sept. 16, 2025, and at 4:30 p.m. President Jacalyn Whiting called the session to order. The board recorded the presence of seven members: Christine Dowell, Denise Duthe, Rachael Greene, Jason Karcher, Peter Loftus, William MacKenzie and Jacalyn Whiting.
At 4:30 p.m. Mr. William MacKenzie moved that the board enter executive session "for the purpose of discussion of the employment history of a particular person." Mr. Jason Karcher seconded the motion, which the board approved on a roll-call vote of 7 Yes, 0 No. The minutes record the board returning to open session at 5:21 p.m. and promptly adjourning; a motion to adjourn by Mr. MacKenzie, seconded by Mr. Loftus, also passed 7-0.
