The Le Roy Central School Board approved a slate of personnel actions at its Oct. 28 meeting. The board approved the long‑term substitute appointment of Bobbie Turner as a Category I long‑term substitute science teacher (Oct. 20–Dec. 23, 2025) at $217.50 per day; the promotional appointment of Sue Pike to Food Service Helper (one‑year probationary period), effective Oct. 29, 2025 at $17.29 per hour; and the probationary appointment of Eric Raymond as a teacher aide effective Oct. 29 at $16.00 per hour. Each motion was moved, seconded and recorded as approved (voting: 6 Yes, 1 Absent).
The board also appointed Shannon Rivera as a substitute school bus driver, effective Oct. 29, 2025 at $22.00 per hour, and approved the reinstatement of April Butler as a substitute food service helper effective Oct. 29. Superintendent Merritt Holly presented the recommendations on the superintendent’s behalf; the personnel approvals were recorded as routine personnel actions in the meeting minutes.
