Le Roy trustees approve relevy of $78,590.01 and a package of routine resolutions

The Village of LeRoy Board of Trustees unanimously approved a set of routine resolutions at its Nov. 20, 2024 workshop, including a resolution to relevy $78,590.01 in delinquent real property taxes to the Genesee County Treasurer for reimbursement to the Village.
Trustee Raymond Yacuzzo moved the tax relevy resolution, which Trustee James Bonacquisti seconded; the motion passed with Trustees Tetrault, Yacuzzo, Kettle, Bonacquisti and Mayor Gregory Rogers all voting Aye. The board also approved a 2025 Village–Town Police Protection Agreement and a bundle of surplus declarations and related transfers that will place sale proceeds into designated reserves for police and DPW equipment.
Other actions taken included approval of a WWTF Phase 1 change order (CG-8R2) for Wind‑Sun Construction and an amendment to the Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc. financial advisory services agreement. The board authorized the retroactive expenditure of A895 Police Equipment Reserve funds to purchase two GSA Fleet Sale vehicles: a 2017 SUV (VIN#1FM5K8ARSHGE14126) for $7,200 and a 2017 SUV (VIN#1C4RJFAG6HC890632) for $7,000. The board approved an RTI (Teitsworth) Auctions consignment contract for DPW equipment and declared a long list of DPW items surplus to be deposited in the A878 Capital Reserve.
