The Village Board authorized the Clerk-Treasurer to put the municipal IT management services contract out for public bid after the Clerk reported the current seven-year agreement with PCA Technology Group shows a monthly cost increase of $563.
Trustee Raymond Yacuzzo moved the resolution and Trustee James Bonacquisti seconded; the motion passed unanimously. Trustee Richard Tetrault later asked that the Clerk produce an inventory of 34 computers listed on the PCA agreement, saying the count “seemed like a lot.” The minutes do not record any vendor responses or a bid schedule.
